Megan Bent

Before joining Seattle Injury Law, Megan practiced family law for 8 years in Colorado and Washington. Megan’s compassionate advocacy stems from her background in helping clients through emotionally difficult times and her desire to protect families’ futures. 

Megan’s current practice in personal injury focuses on injury claims on behalf of minor children.  Her litigation experience in family law and ability to understand the needs of individual clients make her an invaluable asset to representing children’s interests. Megan understands the importance of assessing the needs of minor clients and ensuring their futures are protected even after an injury.  Not only is Megan an experienced litigator, but she is also an efficient and effective negotiator. 

Megan prides herself on her communication skills and ability to set realistic expectations for clients. She believes practicing law is about achieving a balance between the human perspective and the black letter of the law. Megan’s goal is to always be an informed advocate for her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
