Frank Stucki

Driven by Dedication and Compassion: Frank's Unwavering Commitment to Excellence and Mental Health Advocacy in the Legal Field.

Most attorneys highlight the total amount of money they have recovered for their clients. However, the only number Frank mentions is “2.” He has lost just two trials in his career – his first trial, a year after passing the bar, and one in the fall of 2022.

After the verdict of his first trial, his client gave him a bag of Cheez-Its from the vending machine, knowing Frank had missed lunch. This kind gesture has stuck with Frank, reinforcing his commitment and loyalty to his clients. The 2022 trial loss transformed Frank’s path, leading him on a mission to address depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide in the legal profession. He is now collaborating with top trial attorneys in the country to write a book and launch a podcast to support attorneys facing professional challenges.

Frank’s dedication and hard work are evident in his accomplishments. At 22, he graduated from Utah Valley University in Orem, UT; at 24, he earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA; at 25, he became the youngest attorney in Nevada’s history to be licensed in three states (NV, CA, WA) simultaneously, a record he still holds; and at 28, he obtained his Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
